• Notes

  I think on her death certificate they have her name misspelled. I'm thinking she went by her middle name "Orene" and they misspelled it as "Irene." The "C" would be correct for "Campbell" and "Burke" for her married name since it says she's widowed. A marriage record would help since her husbands name is nowhere on the death cert.
